"This is my first 50/50 review of a resort. I usually stay at RIU resorts since I’m a RIU member, but because I was traveling with a minor, we couldn’t stay at the RIU in the Bahamas. "Mike was very friendly and exhibited wonderful customer service. We asked for someone to sweep sand from a specific area in our unit and he came through like a breath of fresh air and swept AND mopped the ENTIRE unit! He was great!"
