"House was great for our family and kids of all ages. Plenty of room. The deck overlooking the lake is a great spot. We enjoyed the golf and pickleball. The pool club has a good bit of deferred maintenance. "

"The condo was suprisimgly huge with beautiful views and close proximity to the lake club that had a delicious restaurant and coffee shope, gym and sauna.The condo has beautiful views of the forest an lountains. It was super comfortable and we enjoyed sipping hot chocolate by the fireplace! "

"We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in. We enjoyed hikes in the neighborhood and spent a great day on the lake. It was very easy to reserve a boat and the marina employees were super helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the Lake Club restaurant and spent a day in Cashiers. We highly recommend this home and would love to come back one day."
