Villa Montericco is a large villa with stunning view, it is located on the outskirts of Rovinj, only 5 min from the centre of Rovinj. Rovinj is one of the best and most popular summer destinations in Croatia. 







This luxury villa consists of two floors. First floor has spacious living room with direct exit to the garden. There is also fully equipped kitchen, dining area, utility room and guest toilet. One bedroom is also placed in the ground floor, it has direct exit to the garden, room is equipped with SAT TV, shower bathroom, and air-conditioning.



On the first floor there are three more bedrooms. All have SAT TV, Air Conditioning and en-suite shower bathroom. Two bedrooms have exit to a private balcony and master bedroom has jacuzzi and gym. All bedrooms are equipped with double bead.



Outdoor area is dominated by a heated swimming pool. Villa offers comfort and true luxury in a private but spacious garden. There you can enjoy chilling on a sun lounger, covered outdoor dining area and a summer kitchen with high chairs. It is a high-end accommodation, where your family and friends can relax and recover.



It is a pet friendly house so you can take your pets on holiday with you.

Great communication

Owner is fabulous and very flexible. Amazing house, clean comfortable and spacious. Everything you need is there. Lovely location with some amenities in walking distance and in the countryside so quiet and peaceful.

This a delightful piece of property: well maintained, clean. well equipped and comfortable. The property overlooks olive groves, so the views, particularly from the second floor are beautiful. The owner's next door neighbor, who is a very nice person was able to answer the few questions we had. We highly recommend.

Perfect house to explore beautiful Rovinj!

The house was perfect for our group of four couples. Open and airy downstairs with kitchen, living room, huge outdoor patio and pool. A 5-10 minute drive to the old town of Rovinj. House is fully equipped for a large family or large group of friends. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. This house is beautiful!

The house is very nice. It is spacious and very beautiful inside. The outdoor eating area and swimming pool and front yard are perfect. We had fresh figs every morning for breakfast! The house is the perfect distance from town and the beach. You have to drive to get there, but it is still so close. And parking is not a problem in Rovinj. The owners of the house have their own coffee and wine, which are both delicious and we appreciated having them! We cannot say enough good things about this house and cannot wait to come back to Croatia and rent it again.

Wonderful Rovinj home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home about a 10 minute drive from the city center. The accommodations were perfect for our family- myself, husband, and 7 year old son along with my dad and his partner. The pool was amazing and a highlight of the property. The one thing we would have liked is of pool toys, beach towels or chairs, or amenities would have been provided. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was decent. Not well stocked, but the basics were there and a market was close by. Excellent communication from our hosts. Hvala! We enjoyed our stay!

toller Familienurlaub mit Hund

sehr schönes penibel gepflegtes Anwesen, moderne Technik die bestens funktioniert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ein Paradies zum Erholen, da sehr ruhig in der Natur gelegen, Meer zu Fuß nur bedingt zu erreichen. Garage mit Wallbox super fürs E-Auto, nach Rovinij nur 5 Minuten mit dem PKW, fußläufig leider nicht viel erreichbar, was uns jetzt aber nicht gestört hat. Komplett eingezäunt, unser Hund konnte sich so die ganze Zeit frei bewegen was natürlich ein Traum ist.Wer Animation rund um die Uhr sucht ist hier falsch, für alle Anderen eine 110% Empfehlung.

Tolles Anwesen für Mensch und Hund

Sehr großzügiges abgeschlossenes Anwesen mit viel Auslauf und Spielmöglichkeiten für den Hund. Sehr schönes großes Haus mit einer tollen Aufteilung und vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Weinkühlschrank, Boombox, 85 Zoll-Fernseher mit Zugang zu Netflix und Co,einfache Fitnessgeräte, etc.) Ganz toller 2-seitiger Infinity-Pool (geschätzt 7,5m x 7,5m) mit Beleuchtung und Fernblick. zum chillen. Ausreichende Anzahl von stabilen Poolliegen und Beschattungsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und hilft bei Problemen gerne und schnell weiter. Das Anwesen ist etwas außerhalb von Rovinji, insofern ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig, dafür ist es abgelegen und ruhig. Wir, Familie mit 13- und 16-jährigen Kindern und einem mittelgroßen Hund hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche in einem sehr empfehlenswerten Ferienhaus. Rovinji ist ein verwinkelter kleiner Ort mit einem tollen Hafenbereich und mit einer Vielzahl von Bars, Restaurants und Eisdielen. Das Meer ist toll, der Zugang zum Wasser ist leider i.d.R. über Steinplatten oder Großkisselstrände nicht ganz einfach. Insofern haben wir häufiger den Pool als das Meer genutzt.

Sehr schönes Haus, alles bestens wie beschrieben

Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche in diesem modernen und geräumigen Haus in ruhiger Lage. Alles hat funktioniert, von dem ferngesteuerten Haupt-Tor bis zu Amazon-Prime auf dem TV. Der weite Blick von der Terrasse Richtung Meer ist erhaben, der Pool wurde viel genutzt. Die geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern und der große Wohn/Ess-Bereich sind sehr einladend. Gute Restaurants und das Meer sind in kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war sehr angenehm, alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

My friends and myself enjoyed this property. It was very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect for us as we had our privacy and it was just a short drive into Rovinj. The host was close by and helped us anytime we had any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Stupenda casa per una vacanza in relax

Bellissima casa con grande giardino recintato molto curato. Tutto perfettamente pulito. Stupenda anche la piscina. Zona molto tranquilla in campagna ma con il centro di Rovinj a pochi minuti d'auto. Trevligt hus

Ett trevligt hus med mycket hög standard och härlig utemiljö med pool, solstolar och utekök. Enda negativa var eventuellt avsaknaden av gasol/kolgrill utan istället ett gasoldrivet stekbord, men på det stora hela ett väldigt bra hus för vår vistelse.

One of the nicest places we have seen so far

The house is located in a very calm area with lots of birds and no cars/traffic. Everything is carefully designed and veeeery clean!!! The house offers lits of space and makes you feel very welcome 🙏 You can see the owners really love what they do and take hospitality very serious! The private pool is perfect in size and super clean as well. Even the birds like to take a bath in it 😍 You are not far from a small market and the city center is also very close. We spent the best time there cooking nice food, enjoying the silence in the pool and just relax and calm down! Thanks again for the great time and hopefully see you again 👍 Greetings from Berlin!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Moderne Einrichtung und abgeschiedene Lage, ideal zum Entspannen. Öffentlicher Strand ist weiter entfernt als angegeben, aber mit Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kontakt mit Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Luxury in a peaceful rural setting

We loved our stay in this beautiful pristine house. It is really spacious with lovely well manicured gardens. The swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and even the awning, sun beds and parasol: every detail has been considered and all are in excellent working order. The kitchen is a joy to use with a Nespresso type coffee machine and even an effective electric milk foamer. The owners respected our privacy yet were always available if we had any questions. Lovely quiet area yet very convenient by bike or car to get to the sea and the town. Three or four decent restaurants within walking distance too. We loved it!
