This charming villa is located on the west coast of Istria, 8 km from the town of Rovinj, one of the most developed tourist towns in Croatia. Known for its natural and historical beauty, Rovinj is attractive to many visitors and is known as one of the most romantic cities. The villa itself is located in a picturesque location, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The huge property is completely fenced, and as such is ideal for families with children and pets. The outdoor part of the yard has a beautiful swimming pool, a covered veranda equipped with a summer kitchen, a charcoal grill, a spacious dining area and an attached outdoor toilet.

The house is a fully air-conditioned one-story house consisting of a cozy kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a separate bathroom. The private part consists of two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an attached bathroom. For those looking for outdoor activities, 4 bicycles are available to explore the nearby wine roads, farms and very quickly reach the nearby beach 10 minutes away.

absolute Alleinlage & dennoch nicht weit von Rovinj und Strand entfernt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Vier Fahrräder vorhanden, Bälle für Pool & Garten, Federballspiel und Kinderschaukel. Garten & Haus sehr gepflegt und das Gelände komplett eingezäunt.Super freundliche Vermieter - wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie eine super Zeit & kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Schönes Bungalow-Haus, komplett umzäunt ohne Nachbarn in Meernähe

Wir hatten großartige 14 Tage in diesem Haus, das nichts vermissen liess. Sowohl innen als auch aussen ist das Haus noch besser als man es auf den Fotos erkennt. Ein grosser Wohn-/Küchenbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmer und ein Zimmer mit Stockbetten bieten genug Platz. Dank Klimaanlagen in fast jedem Zimmer und Moskitonetzen an allen Fenstern waren heisse Tage und Mücken kein Problem. Privater Aussenpool, Outdoorküche mit Kühlschrank, zwei Grills und der schöne grosse umzäunte Garten mit Bäumen waren ideal für uns als Paar mit Hund. Das Haus steht alleine zwischen Olivenhainen, direkte Nachbarn sind weder in Hör- noch in Sehweite. In 500m erreicht man ein gutes Restaurant und in weiteren 500m ist man am Meer mit genügend kleinen Kiesabschnitten mit und ohne Baumschatten. Der Weg zum Haus/Strand/Restaurant führt ca. 1km über Feld- und Schotterwege, was kein Problem darstellt (auf Biker achten..) Die MTB-Strecke führt direkt an der Rückseite des Hauses vorbei, für Rennradler erreicht man asphaltierte Wege gleich nach dem Schotterweg, Laufstrecken direkt ab dem Haus und das Meer ist ideal fürs Schwimmtraining geeignet, da der Strand eine weite Bucht ohne Schiffsverkehr ist. Rovinji erreicht man mit dem Auto in zehn Minuten und Pula in max 30 Min. Dies war unser fünfter Aufenthalt in Istrien und dir Unterkunft gehört zu den geeignetsten, die wir als Paar mit Hund bisher bewohnen durften. Vielen Dank, bis zum nächsten Mal 👍
