The accommodation is located near the Family Hotel Amarin, which offers a wide variety of sports activities for all age groups, as well as playgrounds for children. Interior size is 40m2 and balcony is12m2. It is located on floor: 2. An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view.The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

We had a great time😊

Lovely big and modern flat. Great Sea view from the big balcony. Very peaceful area. The host and her family are really nice and helpful. There are 2 friendly dogs in the house, so if you are afraid of dogs this might not be the place for you. Sun beds in the area are expensive. If you go to the public bath by the hospital you get wooden sun beds for free, and shade from the big trees there.

Fantasztikus szállásadó és apartman

A szállásadó nagyon rugalmas, segítőkész volt. Ritkán tapasztalni ilyen kedves hozzáállást. A szállás nagyon szép, csendes övezetben van. 15-20 perc sétával elérhető Rovinj óvárosa. Mindennel felszerelt apartman, az autóval a szállás előtt kialakított parkolóban lehetett parkolni. Legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni.

Major-league holiday!

A lakás teljes mértékben megfelelt a képeknek, a konyha remekül felszerelt. Légkondi csak a nappaliban van, de általában nyitott ablakkal elég hűvös volt a hálószoba is. A teraszról csodálatos volt a kilátás. A strand gyalog 20 percre, az óváros 35 percre volt.

Schöner Kurzurlaub!

Das ruhige, einladende Appartement verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und fast ungetrübtem Blick auf das Zentrum von Rovinj. Wenige Gehminuten zum ersten Strand wo auch 45 minütig ein Touristenzug um €4,- nach Rovinj und zurückfährt. Kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Accoglienza familiare a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Rovigno spazio esterno ottimo per cenare seduti fuori o fare apericena. Spazi cucina soggiorno e letto ottimi. Ottimo per fare gite in barca, per passeggiare sulle isole S.Andrea e Santa Caterina, vedere al largo i delfini, fare snorkeling e molto altro.

Gut ausgestattetes simples Appartment / für Paare geeignet / sehr sehr sauber!

In wenigen Autominuten (max. 10 Min) sind viele schöne Strände, tolle Restaurants und auch die Altstadt von Rovinj entfernt. Das Appartment war sehr sehr sauber (!!!) und gut ausgestattet an Haushaltszubehör. sogar inkl. Geschirrspühler!!! Wir waren 6 Nächte. Bei der Ankunft lagen jeweils 2 Sets Handtücher (klein und groß) zur Verfügung. Am 3. Tag erhielten wir ungefragt nochmal zusätzliche frische Handtücher :) Es war immer ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür frei. Und der Blick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt von Rovinj war zu jeder Tageszeit herrlich 😊 Alles in allem ein typisch altmodisches kroatisches Ferienappartment, ohne Luxus aber mit allem was man braucht 👍 PS: man sollte hundefreundlich sein. Im Haus leben mind. 2 od 3 Hunde, die aber sehr gut erzogen sind und den Besitzern gehorchen.

Kurzurlaub mit kleiner unkomplizierter Verlängerung und guter Meersicht

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nach einem kurzen Telefonat sofort geklappt. Unsere Wohnung lag 3 Treppen oben. Dadurch hatten wir zum Frühstück und Abendbrot einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht und Rovinji selbst. Sehr gut. Parkplatz findet man vor dem Haus.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit tollen Gastgebern.

Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und haben uns am Anreisetag direkt zur Schlüsselübergabe persönlich empfangen. In der Wohnung wartete eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form von Schokolade. Während unseren Aufenthaltes waren die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend, sodass wir nach der Hälfte der Woche bereits ohne unsere Nachfrage neue Handtücher vor die Tür gestellt bekommen haben. Außerdem wurden wir am Tag vor der Abreise mit einer Flasche Wein und einem selbstgemachten Schlüsselanhänger überrascht. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter zu Fuß entfernt und die romantische Altstadt von Rovinj erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben den abendlichen Gang entlang der Strände und Promenaden sehr genossen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Lage für Sonnuntergänge am Meer. Die Kommunikation während unseren Aufenthaltes erfolgte über WhatsApp und war sowohl in Englisch als auch Deutsch völlig problemlos.

Wir fahren im September 2023. Die Wohnung ist optimal, alles, was man braucht, 5 Minuten zum Strand, zur Altstadt haben wir 20 Minuten zu Fuß gebraucht. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und Familie.

Appartement très propre avec une très belle vue permettant d accéder à la plage à quelques mètres, d aller visiter rovinj à pied, de découvrir la région de motovun à Porec jusqu'à Pula. Immeuble familial, très bon accueil, très calme. Il est facile de se garer.

La posizione fantastica a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia,da un ristorante ,da un cambio valuta vicino al ristorante e un supermercato essenziale( consiglio Lidl a 5 minuti di auto). Konyha jól fel szerelt, konyharuha bőségesen van. Ágyneműt 1x, törölközőt cseréltek 2-3 naponta Aki nem szereti a nyüzsgést annak tökéletes a hely, de a belváros gyalog messze van, mi kerékpárt használtunk, úgy tökéletes. Az emeleti (Marsej) apartmanban voltunk tényleg van kilátás a tengerre, a terasz keskeny de hárman el fértünk. A klíma csak a nappalit és a konyhát hűtötte, hálószobában nem érvényesült. A francia ágy kisméretű (140 cm széles) két felnőttnek kicsit szűkös. A kanapé (harmadik fekhely) kényelmetlen A lépcsőházban kutya macska is van, vegye figyelembe az akit ez zavar.

Всё так, как я ожидала, и даже лучше! Прекрасное место! Мне понравилось ВСЁ. Начнем с того, что, возможно, мои впечатления связаны с самой Хорватией и самим Ровинем, но эти апартаменты полностью подошли под мои ожидания. Во-первых, они находятся вдали от центра, но при этом в пешей доступности, что позволяет насладиться аутентичностью поселка, не слышать шума бесконечно снующих туда-сюда туристов, но в то же время, в любой момент дойти или доехать до тур.центра. Во-вторых, с балкона/террасы номера, в котором мы жили, открывается прекрасный, просто великолепный вид на Адриатику, воспоминания о котором греют душу до сих пор. До моря идти 5-7 минут, прям в апартаментах есть матрасы для загара (их можно положить на шезлонг или прям на камень и загорать). При заезде тебе отдают ключ, и в общем-то, больше тебя никто не беспокоит, можно уходить и приходить, когда удобно (а уходили мы иногда очень рано, и приходили тоже достаточно поздно). В номере есть вообще всё для проживания, холодильник, печь (внимание, она газовая, на случай, если кто-то не умеет или боится пользоваться), куча разных полотенец, посуды, у меня вообще возникло ощущение, что я тут уже до этого жила. Прекрасная терраса/балкон, с которой можно наслаждаться закатами и рассветами, и на которой нам разрешили курить iqos, хотя может и обычные сигареты разрешат (не знаю, правда, плюс это или минус будет в этом случае). В общем, огромное спасибо за эти несколько дней, которые довелось прожить в этих апартаментах, мне всё понравилось. Я не могла найти свой телефон, и открыла тумбочку возле кровати. В ней сидел маленький жучок. Учитывая то, что апартаменты всё-таки дают тебе некую иллюзию единения с природой, этот факт меня никак не расстроил, я закрыла тумбочку и пошла искать телефон в другом месте. Пишу на случай, если для кого-то это (вдруг) критично :)
