  • MONDELACO Three-Bedroom Apartment is located in 35 minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size of the apartment is 80 m2 and balcony is 3 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. In the courtyard of the house there is also a big terrace of 25 m2 and a roofed tavern of 10 m2. The tavern offer a possibility of using the BBQ and the outdoor dining area. It is possible to rent bikes for 10 €/day.
    PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
    BED DESCRIPTION: 2 big double beds + 2 single beds
    MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
    CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed.
    PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Lovely private place with a friendly host. 10min away from the old town by car or taxi (~20 EUR). Clean and as described. Great value for money too - we went during the salsa festival and the price was very reasonable!

Schöne saubere und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden herzlich von Maria und Branco empfangen. Wir haben gleich einen Begrüßungsschnaps und frische Feigen vom Baum erhalten. Branco ist gelernter Koch und hat sogar einmal eine Kostprobe abgegen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine schöne Grillhütte. Vom Balkon hatte man sogar etwas Meerblick. Wir sind nach Rovinji immer mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen sie war gut ausgestattet. an

A legjobb szálláshely eddig amihez Rovinjban szerencsénk volt

Több helyen is volt alkalmunk már az elmúlt 1-2 évben Rovinj-ban megszállni, de ez a szálláshely messze a legjobb volt! Néhány perces autó útra a központtól, csendes, gyönyörű környezetben. A tulajdonosok nagyon barátságos és kedves emberek , öröm volt megismerni őket. A szállás patyolat tiszta, a legmodernebb bútokorokkal berendezve és mindennel felszerelve, amire csak szükségünk lehet. Nagyon jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek!

Szépen felújított, teljesen felszerelt ház. Elsőre nem találtunk oda, de a szállásadónk által küldött koordináták alapján nem volt nehéz eljutni az apartmanhoz. Csendes, békés környék, kicsit távolabb Rovinjtól, autó ajánlott. A tulajdonosok kedvesek, kaptunk egy tál fügét üdvözlésként.

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage bei Branko und Maria verbracht. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles da was man braucht. Moderne Einrichtung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und eine große Portion Herzenswärme❤️ der beiden Gastgeber on top. Sie sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und sind immer um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall irgendwann gern wiederkommen.
