"La Casa Verde" welcomes you to a peaceful oasis of greenery and blossom. Just 1.5 km from the beach and 3 km from the old town of Rovinj, this beautiful, country-style vacation home is located on the eastern outskirts of Rovinj. On 2 floors, the 100 m² house with its 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower / WC) and a large living-dining room with open kitchen, offers space for up to 6 people.
The fenced garden with pool and the shaded barbecue area offers plenty of space to relax. Here you will also find a 50 m² pool house with outdoor kitchen (among other things with gas grill and pizza oven), sitting area with satellite TV and another bathroom. On cool days, a sauna invites you to relax.
By bike you can reach the old town of Rovinj and the beautiful beaches between Koronsun Bay and the Golden Cape (Zlatni Rt) within a few minutes.
Shopping, cafes and restaurants can also be quickly reached by bike or car. The access road to the house is unpaved, but well passable.

Für Ruhe suchende Leute eine sehr erholsame Unterkunft und für 4 Personen geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Roberto (dem Haushälter) war sehr gut und auch er selbst war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist toll gelegen und bietet alles, was man benötigt, um einen rundum schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr offen und freundlich. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl. Immer wieder gerne!

Ein toller Urlaub
Die kleine Finca liegt sehr abgeschieden und ruhig, ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand! Die Highlights sind das Poolhaus, wir waren nur zum Schlafen im Haupthaus, und das Pizzabacken im Steinofen mit Roberto!

Das Haus entspricht den Angaben des Inserats. Es war alles da, was wir bräuchten. Der Hauseigentümer ist sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben gute Ausflugstipps von ihm bekommen. Das Backen im Pizzaofen machte allen großen Spaß 😃😋! Es wurde sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles da ist, was wir brauchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

Einfach herrlich!
Wir haben eine wunderschöne und unbeschwerte Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist an alles gedacht und so beschrieben wie es ist. Fussläufig ist der Strand und einige hervorragende Tavernen in 10-15 Min. zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an unseren Vermieter Roberto, der sehr aufmerksam war.

Super! Gut ausgestattet
Sehr sauber und vielen nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet (z.B fliegengitter, Türenhalter usw.). Keine direkten Nachbarn sodass man wenn es mal lauter abends wird keinen stört. Roberto ist sehr nett und fragt mehrmals nach ob alles passt oder etwas fehlt. In älteren Kommentaren steht dass die Küche nicht gut ausgesattet ist. Das muss sich geändert haben-es gibt alles was man braucht.

Leuk vakantiehuis op super locatie
Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad in Kroatië. Het huis ligt op een hele goede locatie, maar een paar minuten van het stadje Rovinj, de supermarkten en het strand. Het vakantiehuis biedt veel comfort.
