House for 2-4 persons: approx. 70 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with air conditioning, kitchen and fireplace, a bathroom with shower, and a large covered terrace with barbecue. The first floor offers a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and access to a smaller room with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm).

Wunderschöne (klimatisierte) Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage, toller Garten, sauber - perfekt

Tolle Ferienwohnung, mit kleinem eingezĂ€unten Garten, perfekt fĂŒr Hunde. Ungestört draußen frĂŒhstĂŒcken, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der NĂ€he (fußlĂ€ufig). Zweistöckige Wohnung, mit praktischer KĂŒche und allem was man braucht. Durch die Klimaanlage ist auch bei warmen Temperaturen erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung und sympathischer Gastgeber :-)

Un gĂźte au calme prĂšs de la cĂŽte d'Istrie

Une maison trÚs agréable, au calme, avec un jardin, dans un village avec un supermarché et le tout à quelques minutes de Rovinj, surpeuplée. La climatisation est un plus en été.
