  • BLU Double Room with Seaview 5is a 3star Studio.It is located in Borik - part of the town very close to beautiful beaches and 3 km from town centre.In high season, the connection to the town center is excellent: frequent bus and taxi boat lines. The accommodation is located near the Family Hotel Amarin, which offers a wide variety of sports activities for all age groups, as well as playgrounds for children. Interior size is 28m2. It is located on floor: 1. An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. During summer season for each guest is available 1 sun chair and for each accommodation unit 1 sunshade. No extra charges are required. The accommodation provides beach towels upon request. For beach towels is required a deposit of 15€ per towel. The deposit money will be given back when the guest returns the towels.
    PARKING: Private parking is not available. Free public parking space can be found near the property.

Amazing stay on Adriatic Sea!

Our gay was delightful as we enjoyed fantastic view of sea from our room, private beach at our doorstep and exceptional breakfast in morning! Dinner at the restaurant was one of our best(gourmet) of 2wk Croatia trip. Lorenzo, Lidia and all of the staff are exceptional in making sure we had everything we needed. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the old town of Rovinj, but right on the sea—this is your place! To get to old town—can catch a water taxi(about 15min walk along the seashore from B&B) Or a longer walk(45min). Taxi too but never went that way.

Wir haben vor allem die Lage sehr genossen

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach nur super! Wir haben es sehr genossen jeden Tag mit Blick auf das Meer zu frühstücken und an den wärmeren Tagen sogar draußen direkt neben dem Strand. Auch den Strand mit den Liegen haben wir sehr genossen. Da wir in der Nachsaison dort waren, hatten wir manchmal den Strand für uns alleine. Auch Mittagessen in der Konoba direkt daneben im Bereich des öffentlichen Strandes ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Blick von Zimmer Nr. 5 immer auf das Meer und Rovinj war einfach nur Genuss pur - inklusive teilweiser Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang am Abend :) Der Restaurantbereich ist besonders schön gestaltet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Dusche in Zimmer Nr. 5 ist leider etwas eng - was vor allem für etwas korpulentere Personen nicht angenehm ist. Das Frühstück das serviert wird ist leider etwas reduziert in der Auswahl und hat vor allem überhaupt kein Gemüse ;( und der Kaffee ist gewöhnungsbedürftig bzw. nicht wirklich ein Genuss da er wie türkischer Kaffee zubereitet wird und daher oft sehr viel Kaffeesatz mit in der Tasse ist. Für den Preis des Hotels hätten wir ein etwas besseres abwechslungsreicheres Frühstück erwartet.

Atemberaubender Ausblick

Einfach wunderbar! Das Zimmer Nr. 5 hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Lydia mit ihrem Hund Luna ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Im Restaurant haben wir einmal gegessen, hervorragend, zu diesem Preis sehr exklusiv!

Помешкання знаходиться на самому пляжі неподалік м.Ровінь,кімната #5 має неперевершений краєвид на море(панорамне вікно)!!!Чудові сніданки у кафе готелю на терасі на пляжі -смачні та різноманітні.Господиня привітна та корисна. Є безкоштовний паркінг.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt direkt am Meer

Die Lage am Meer ist nicht zu übertreffen, Frühstück direkt am Meer mit Blick auf Rovinj, das gibt es selten so schön. Wir hatten Zimmer 5 mit direktem Meerblick, wirklich ausgesprochen schön. Das Frühstück wurde Corona-bedingt serviert und war sehr gut. Wir haben dreimal im Restaurant gegessen, das Essen ist sehr gut, aber relativ teuer. Allerdings bekommt man als Hotel-Gast 10% von der Rechnung abgezogen und hat den Luxus, direkt am Meer zu sitzen und nicht mehr fahren zu müssen. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Am Meer stehen für die Hotelgäste direkt vor dem Hotel Liegen und Sonnenschirme kostenlos zur Verfügung, kleine Kiesbucht, in der man gut ins Wasser gehen kann. Dass man beim Frühstück den 2. Kaffee/Cappuccino extra bezahlen soll finden wir bei dem Zimmerpreis etwas kleinlich. Nur zwei Parkplätze. Wenn viele Badegäste den nebenan gelegenen Badestrand bevölkern, kann Be- und Entladen sowie die Suche nach einem (nahen) Parkplatz schwierig werden.

Alles wunderbar. Gerne wieder.

Kleines feines Bed& Breakfast direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen, die Liegen am Strand waren schon reserviert. Zimmer sehr großzügig, wir hatten direkten Blick auf das azurblaue Meer. Direkt an der Meerterrrasse wird gutes Frühstück nach Wunsch serviert.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr nettes Personal, schönes mediterranes Ambiente, gute Küche und ein traumhafter Ausblick auf Rovinj. Der direkte Zugang zum sehr sauberen Strand und die vorhandenen Liegen + Sonnenschirme nehmen viele Hürden, gerade in der Hochsaison. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Bedingt durch die direkte Strandlage tönt der entfernte Lärm (Lifemusik der Strandbar in unmittelbarer Nähe) manchmal bis ins Zimmer hinein und ich musste das Fenster schließen. Aber ab spätestens 23.30 Uhr war es meistens ruhig.
