BLU One-Bedroom Apartment 4 is a 3star Apartment. It is located in Borik - part of the town very close to beautiful beaches and 3 km from town centre. In high season, the connection to the town center is excellent: frequent bus and taxi boat lines. The accommodation is located near the Family Hotel Amarin, which offers a wide variety of sports activities for all age groups, as well as playgrounds for children. Interior size is 33 m2 and terrace/balcony is 4 m2. It is located on floor: 1. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. During summer season for each guest is available 1 sun chair and for each accommodation unit 1 sunshade. No extra charges are required. The accomodation provides beach towels upon request. For beach towels is required a deposit of 15€ per towel. The deposit money will be given back when the guest returns the towels. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the living room.
PARKING: Private parking is not available. Free public parking space can be found near the property.

Better than I expected
The perfect little B&B for a day or two at the beach. Lovely breakfast with a view and great value for money with the equipped kitchen with s freezer to keep drinks cold. A nice balcony. It didn't have views but you could hear the waves at night.
The host was lovely and the beach sett up was relaxing. If you are lucky you may even get to see the very kind dog.

Erholung im Blu Locanda
Die Lage vom Hotel ist wunderbar und man hat einen schönen Blick nach Rovinj. Gleich vis a vis kann man die Liegen und Sonnenschirme vom Hotel benutzen. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Parkblick, und einer Zufahrtsstraße zum Strand und zu den div. Lokalen die sich dort entlang befinden. In der Nacht sind hin und wieder Autos zu hören. Essen und Frühstück ist vorzüglich. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, zuvorkommend, und sehr freundlich. Werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen.

olle Lage direkt am Meer, gutes Restaurant
Super Lage, direkt am Meer, tolles Restaurant mit Blick auf Rovinji, freundlicher Service, bequemes Bett, sehr sauber,
Wir konnten leider nur noch das Appartement nach hinten zum Hof ohne Meerblick bekommen, Problem war bei der großen Hitze z.T. Geruchsbelästigung auf dem Balkon durch die im Hof- aufgestellten Mülltonnen , deshalb auch die schlechtere Preis-Leistung Beurteilung, Empfehlung: Appartement mit Meerblick buchen!
