"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"

"This was a great hotel that had a little kitchenette and made it very easy to self cater. Only a very short walk to the old town in Avignon."

"They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. If you can ask the fact that it's located in a literal nursing home then it is a nice place to stay because it's clean and it was spacious and it worked for going in and out however, if you care about your experience where you're staying, I would definitely look into something else."
