We just finished a two-night stay here, and it was absolutely excellent! The property is beautifully well-kept, spotless, and it feels like the hosts truly thought of every single detail to make guests comfortable.We loved the layout—there are big TVs everywhere you look, and the private movie theater was fantastic. The outdoor setup is a huge highlight: the hot tub was great, there is a nice covered area right next to the grill, and having two separate firepits (one by the driveway and one right near the lake) made for perfect evenings. The lake views are beautiful, and the host was incredibly communicative throughout our entire stay. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

This property was an excellent choice for our trip. There was a well stocked coffee selection with a Phillips Coffee Machine which you could make lattes and espressos with, The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials you need for cooking, Each of the 3 bedrooms had a TV. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The basement had a theatre. There is an amazing view of Lake Champlain. The hot tub was very nice. They have a staircase down to the lake where there is a firepit. There was minor problem but it was easily fixable and Brandon responded promptly. I definitely would go back to this property

Fantastic house right on Lake Champlain! This house was better stocked on literally everything (towels, pots, pans, silverware, etc) compared to every other rental we’ve ever done! The house was spacious and the renovations were done beautifully with high-end appliances. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub, movie room, and kayaks and paddle boat were great for family fun! The owners were very responsive. We had a great stay, and would love to stay again if we’re ever up this way in the future.
