The location was easy to find, we felt safe, and we were able to enjoy the new pool and hottub. Comfortable and spacious for our simple requirements. Definitely a great place to stay.

Wonderful Farmhouse!

Beautiful property and comfy Farmhouse! We loved our stay! Kamala is so attentive and very responsive. We enjoyed the peaceful countryside, yet so close and convenient to RoundTop. Perfect place to relax, unwind and sleep after a long day of shopping!

Farmhouse Delight!

Wonderful farmhouse in a beautiful quiet setting not far from RoundTop! Very clean, well stocked, comfortable and safe! The owners couldn’t of been nicer. Definitely recommend the farmhouse for 1 to 4 people coming to the Roundtop area! The welcome committee of cows was awesome too!

Peacful

Just took time to sit back and relax. No city or traffic noises, just farm animals in the distance. Beautiful time sitting and looking over the pond and watching the horses and cows come and get in it. I will be back!

Peaceful & Beautiful Place Near Round Top

We recently stayed at Double K Lodging and had a great experience. Double K is located out in the countryside close to Round Top. There are three cabins available to rent, all located in a beautiful bucolic setting near a large pond, but with plenty of space separating them. We stayed in the Farmhouse which is right next to shore of the pond and it was cozy, clean, & comfortable. There is also a very nice pool near the cabins which we enjoyed during our stay. The Farmhouse has a full kitchen but with Round Top just a few minutes away with a lot of great places to eat we went there for our meals. For some peace & quiet in a beautiful setting I highly recommend staying at Double K.

Beautiful location, amazing service!

The host was on top of everything, every question and or request. The property was beautiful, breathtaking experience for my family and I. My sons caught fish at the pond, hot tub was awesome and the fire pit was the perfect ending! Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Directions were very good. House was very cute, clean and comfortable. Poolhot tub were much needed after long day of shopping. My friend forgot her bathing suit and Kamala was kind enough to mail it back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Peaceful stay

It was so nice to get away to the county but still be close to things like shopping and food. We were only 11 minutes from food and antique shopping. We went up to just out the antique show in Round Top. The owner was also able to tell me place to eat and to call ahead so I could get on a wait list. The bluebonnets were blooming and the property over looks a pond and field of wild flowers. It was so peaceful and relaxing to get away from the rustle and bustle of Houston.

Escape to the country for fishing and peace

I was looking for a place to say on our way home from Waco to Houston. This was perfect for my boys who love fishing. We spent the entire afternoon by the pond. Amazing fishing! Cute house. Beautiful area.

We just stayed one night, but it was comfortable and quiet, easy in and out with easy coffee and calm. Clean and pleasant. No TV, but we didnt need it. Nice quiet no hassle stay with beautiful natural surroundings and lake.
