"The property was wonderful and even better than the pictures. The 4 bedrooms are all off different parts of the house to allow privacy (each having its own bathroom). The kitchen was large and equipped with everything you could ever want (we especially enjoyed the waffle maker!). The beach is just across the road and always empty.The garden and pool are very private and excellent for enjoying a lazy afternoon.The house is close to restaurants and shops, as well as amazing wildlife. We saw manatees, dolphins, goffer tortoise, baby turtles, wild rabbits and snakes.James was a fantastic host. We are hoping to return next year. Thank you James!"

"Fun and fancy beach house! Came with our family of 4 so everyone has their own space.. perfect!It’s a rental, so you can except minor hiccups, but Taylor was quick to respond!We drove to the beach, there’s a little parking area right across A1A.. you could walk, but we had tents and chairs, kids stuff coolers, etc. plus it was hot. We were the only peopleFor miles! Absolutely loved the privacy.Saw turtles, a shark, crabs, stingrays, it was amazing!Cute little dip pool, I don’t think there’s a heater, fyi for winter months. Preserve in the back was neat. Secluded and completely private! Exactly what we were looking for!"

"This place is even better than what we saw in the pictures. They had the most beautifully appointed furnishings. Every room was more beautiful than the next! We loved the interior of the home, the proximity to the beach, the bikes, and more. Wonderful!"

"In Vero for our son’s wedding, location was perfect for both getting to the venue at the Kimpton (10 min) and for any other needs in the area 15-20 min. Plenty of room for us all with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Pool area was perfect for grilling and relaxing. Ocean is a really short walk 5min however you need to pay attention to the tides for the best use. "

"We rented this VRBO to vacation as a family that hasn’t been together in over a year four bedrooms four bathrooms were perfect for everyone. There was plenty of space for everyone to find a seat for dinner, but not a table big enough to handle a group of 10. Furniture was minimum. And I brought extra chairs from a friend who lives nearby.There was plenty of silverware, but a little short on plates bowls and large serving bowls. With a small purchase at the dollar store, I was able to find some metal tins and large plastic bowls too use for the week.Paper products and garbage bags were provided and were wonderful to have. The cooler is a very small six pack cooler not a large cooler and the grill was a great benefit.However, check the oil pan before you start the grill it was not cleaned.This is a remote location, not near the town that you can walk to. It is a drivable area between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce. There’s a Cumberland Farms store a few miles down the road. And 9 miles from Vero Beach downtown.A private beach access was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny of renting here the pool is more of a wading pool than a swimming pool. But we are a tall family, the pool is cool and not heated.The access to the intercoastal is a nice walk, however on each side of this property, there is natural wildlife and tend to be buggy on an afternoon walk or early morning, fishing excursion.I would rent this property again."

"Location was good, close to Vero Beach. It was nice being able to walk to the beach. I just wish the beds were bigger."
