✔ There is a yurt on the property that is available to rent as well. If there are guests staying at the yurt during your stay, please respect their privacy.
✔ Please exercise extreme caution when enjoying the back deck. Watch your step if walking up or down the stairs and never leave children unattended on the deck.
✔ Please exercise extreme caution around the natural pond. The surrounding stones could wiggle so please be careful around the pond. If you have young children, please NEVER leave them unattended near the pond.
✔ In an effort to maintain a clean environment throughout your stay, we respectfully request you remove your shoes upon entering the home. You can place your shoes in the mud room, upon entering the home.
✔ Quiet times are from 10pm - 7am.
✔ Pets: two well-behaved, potty trained dogs are welcome at The Ranch with an additional $50 pet fee. We kindly request that your dog does not get up on furniture or in beds, in an effort to not destroy linens or furniture and maintain a clean environment for future guests. Pets must never be left unattended in the home at any time. If you plan to leave your dog unattended, please put them on the back deck. You can create a “fenced” in deck when you secure the safety gates. Pets must be under direct supervision if outside. Guests are required to clean up after their pets on the property and the surrounding area. As responsible pet owners, guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any damages caused by the pets during their stay.
