Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in “unser” wunderschön gelegenes Haus direkt am See. Der Hund fühlt sich ebenso wohl, kann im eingezäunten Garten toben und direkt vor dem Haus zum Spaziergang am See starten.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus direkt am See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus bot genug Platz für unsere Familie (drei Erwachsene, vier Kinder). Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der grosse Garten, in dem sich unsere Kinder austoben konnten, und der Blick zum Wallberg. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand, doch lässt sich die Ortsmitte über die Uferpromenade schnell erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Urlaub von Anfang an

Schon die unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Abwicklung bei der Buchung und während des Aufenthaltes versprach Urlaubsgenuss pur- und wir sind wahrlich nicht enttäuscht worden! Das schöne Haus mit seiner unvergleichlichen Lage am See und dem großen Garten lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein - an alles ist gedacht worden: von den bezogenen Betten angefangen bis zur Bestückung des Badezimmers und der Küche! Dort wird der Genuss für Kaffeeliebhaber zusätzlich noch abgerundet durch eine Nespresso - Maschine ! Die Tatsache, dass die fast rundumlaufenden Terrassen kein Geländer haben, ist schade ( wird aber ausdrücklich in der Beschreibung erwähnt) ,schmälert aber nicht den Genuss von morgens bis abends immer einen Sonnenplatz zu haben. Umso größer war die freudige Überraschung, das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt vorzufinden- eine Gegebenheit, die allen Hundebesitzern mindestens 1 Luftsprung entlockt :) Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll auch die bayrische Gastronomie,die man von diesem Ferienhaus in aller Vielfalt bei einem Seespaziergang entdecken kann - ebenso wie u.a. das ' Kramer- Laderl ' für den täglichen Bedarf alles frisch bietet und gegenüber die kl. Confiserie ,in der man auch sonntags eine Auswahl an Semmeln bekommt ! Wie man hört,hatten wir Urlaub von Anfang an - vielen Dank dafür , und wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen! Jutta K.

Überwältigend

Waren bis jetzt immer im Seehotel Überfahrt, und sehr zufrieden ! Bekamen den Tipp von Bekannten dieses Haus anzumieten da wir mit unseren 2 Hunden etwas mehr Freiheit haben wollten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht mehr als übertroffen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung möchte dem kann man dieses Haus mit dem riesigen Garten und der Lage am See nur empfehlen! Die Organisation, die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung verdienen eine eins mit Stern. Nur zu empfehlen!

Ein Traum

Die Lage dieses Hauses, direkt am See ist unvergleichlich und traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, gepflegt, einfach zun wohlfühlen und entspannen. Für Hunde ist es ein Paradies mit dem großen Garten und dem Auslauf direkt vor der Tür, Beim Spazierengehen hat man einen Blick über den kompletten Tegernsee ! Wir sind überglücklich dieses Objekt gefunden zu haben und werden 2013 wieder buchen. Ach ja, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit ! Dieses traumhafte Anwesen ist sehr zu empfehlen ! M.l P.

Das Haus hat der Beschreibung und damit unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Das Haus befand sich in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Organisation sowie die Betreuung durch die beauftragten Personen war ebenfalls sehr gut.
