Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly and kindly showed us hospitality upon knowing we were on our honeymoon. The only issue was that our AC unit didn’t work. Otherwise a great stay!

Rydges Rotorua
The second floor was great apart from no balcony. The room looked like it had been refurbished and was nice. The dinner was great. The breakfast was okay. I would go back.

Millennium Hotel Rotorua
Norrie in the Club lounge is an absolute treasure. He was extraordinarily hospitable and kind and thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered was great but Norrie really should be commended.
