Walkin on Sunshine - canal front home with pool mins to golf and beaches

When you enter this beautiful waterfront Rotonda home we hope you will feel like you are "Walkin on Sunshine".
You will immediately see the blue sparkling pool with views over the Rotonda River and catch a glimpse of some of the abundant Florida Wildlife.
Updated and newly equipped. W e hope it will become a favorite place to stay for many vacations.
Open plan great room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Living area has comfortable sofas and chairs and there is a large flat screen tv on the wall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless appliances and granite countertops with 6 comfy barstools for casual dining.
The dining area has seating for 6 with glass topped table, dining chairs and bankett seating overlooking the pool.
The master bedroom is extremely large with king size bed, dark wood furniture, large tv on wall and has en-suite shower room, with a separate double vanity area.
The guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, and both have queen beds and are tastefully decorated and equipped.
These bedrooms have tvs and they share a second shower room.
Going out through the many sliding doors onto the pool area, there is outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Some comfortable chairs to relax and lounge by the pool.
Pool is a great size and no matter where you are on the private pool deck or in the pool you have lovely views over the water.
Pool can be electrically heated for extra charge.
Home is in a great location being minutes to Englewood Beach or Boca Grande.
Plenty of shopping and restaurants close bye.
If you like to bike ride there are so many trails to enjoy and Rotonda has multiple golf courses to enjoy.
Easy drive to neighboring towns of Venice and Sarasota.

Lovely Home in Tranquil Location

Amazing in every way

My family and kids absolutely loved are stay here. We really liked that the home already had thing for the beach and toys for the kids and swimming pool floats, and the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen! A beautiful view of the sunset in the pool area. All the kitchen supplies you need, towels, toiletries, extra blankets. Everything you could ask for! And I can’t wait to come back again !

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was fresh, very clean, and nicely updated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Smooth, easy planning and check in. We really enjoyed our time here, especially dining by the pool watching the wildlife at the canal.

Amazing house

This house was very clean and well organized. Everything went well. Property manager was very reliable and answered all our questions. Would stay here again. Beds were very comfortable! Loved the labelling in the whole house . So much easier Thank you

The house had very nice amenities toilet paper,towels bathsoap, shampoo conditioner. Lots of towels and wash clothes. Nice location it was close to everything. The service was good i got responses and things got handled in a timely manner. I would like to say a few things could be better we had just warm water in the shower on one side of the house. Some kitchen plates toaster or toaster oven and extra sheets and blankets for the beds. It was a great place very clean nice. I would stay again.

Best vacation ever !

Everything about this vacation was so smooth and easy from booking this absolutely beautiful and comfy house to extending our stay for 2 more days , we had a tropical storm roll thru and I didn’t hear a sound in side the house from the wind. It was myself and my 2 sons on our family vacation, and they absolutely loved this place, we def booking for next year . The pool was used every day by all of us . The area is great ! The neighbors were very friendly. I just can’t say enough about this house! Exceptionally clean! Everything was more the perfect ! Leslie the property manager was very accommodating in every way possible! I can’t wait to go back ! ❤️
