Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed for some extra relaxation. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Enjoy stunning canal views, a shared dock, and kayaks. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for family meals. Excellent fishing await on the canals or ocean, just a short drive away. For the best beach experience, we provide 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 coolers. Perfect for a relaxing and memorable family vacation!

We are offering a FREE Park Pool Pass to our hosts so you can enjoy Sunshine Florida at the pool at different locations . Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park Pool is only 3.4 miles away (approximately 8 min away.) Centennial Park Pool has Olympic size pool or if you are exploring Punta Gorda you can go to South County Regional Park Pool at no charge as well.
