Relaxation awaits at this 3 bedroom Rotonda Retreat.

This fully furnished property is your home away from home in SW Florida. It offers beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets, Florida birds and wildlife to watch in the canal, heated pool with covered lanai to enjoy during the day while swimming and to stargaze at night. The lanai also features lounge chairs to soak up the sun or just relax and a large table with six chairs to eat outside, play games , socialize or enjoy drinks. There is also a Blackstone griddle on the lanai for outside grilling. The inside of the house has three sets of sliders to enter the lanai. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking/baking. There are three bedrooms (king bed, queen bed, bunkbeds) accommodations for six comfortably. A full-size washer and dryer complete the home accessories. It is located in Rotanda West on a queit safe street within minutes of 3 beaches (Boca Grande Beach, Englewood Beach and Mild Beach on Manasota Key), restaurants and shopping. Rotonda West also has seven golf courses to choose from, several walking sidewalks, and a very nice bike trail. Boating is also available on the intercostal waterway, as well as kayaking, parasailing, shark tooth and shell hunting. Make the "Rotonda Retreat" your home away from home on your next vacation!
