A BBQ grill is located in the backyard and an air fryer with a grill option is also available. There is a screen lanai area with seating available to enjoy your morning coffee.
The living area is a shared open space with the kitchen and dining area. In the media center you will find board and card games to enjoy with your family.
The laundry space has a new washer and dryer with complimentary detergent.
The Family Home will serve you for comfort , just like home. Within 12 min you can be at several beaches, fishing areas and golf courses. We provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a soft sided cooler bag.

Nice place, quiet, safe neighborhood
This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable.

Great Location!
The house worked out great and it was perfect location for what we needed. We rented the house for our annual guys fishing trip and the location was perfect with quick access on and off Boca Grande. The unit looked brand new and everything worked great. Unit is beautifully decorated and all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Booking and check in process were quick and easy and the owner was great with communication. We will definitely be back!
