I was in town to attend a Braves spring training game. The property was nice and clean. When I reached out to the host, it was responded to promptly and the matter was taken care of. Would definitely recommend property to others and I would book again when in the area.

We needed a place in Rotunda West near my in-laws home to stay for a week. House was very nice. Comfortable beds , nicely decorated. Fit our needs perfectly Was a 2 minute drive to their home so we were always close by. Bikes were nice for riding back and forth too

This house was beautiful, everything was very nice and we had what we needed, publix was near by and the beach was only a couple minutes away in Englewood. The host was very easy to reach and we enjoyed our time in Rotonda West.

We live in a small flat in Englewood, with not enough room for our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren. We used your property for them, with enough room for us to stay as well. Accepting the dog was a bonus. Clean and well-equipped, we had no complaints. Thanks to Viktoria for being an excellent host!

Relaxing Destination

My wife and I were visiting the area to explore locations for future living. This home was a great jump off point for our daily journeys. The home was very clean, and communication with the host was fantastic. We were initially concerned that this was a duplex style layout, but those concerns quickly faded once we settled in. There is plenty of parking, and the back yard patio and grill areas are well separated. We prepared all our meals here, and were delighted with the large selection of dishes and cooking utensils. A quality outdoor propane grill was a nice addition as well. All in all we would gladly recommend this home and host to anyone looking to explore or relax in this area.
