Pool heat is an optional, separately charged service. The heater runs on a daytime schedule with a target setting of 85°F; water temperature is not guaranteed. Cold weather, especially air below 55°F, can limit heating. Pool-heat fees are not refunded when weather prevents the pool from reaching the target temperature. This does not override the booking platform`s policies. Please report any suspected heater malfunction promptly.

Sleeping arrangements: 7 beds, sleeps up to 11 guests. The office has a queen sleeper sofa.
Minimum rental age of 21 years old.
Dogs <25 lbs on management approval only. $200 fee
$300 refundable/hold deposit requirement.
Quiet time 9pm-7am.
No smoking, vaping inside home or close to windows or doors.
