"von 10.00 bis 18.00 versucht Rezeption zu erreichen um Buchung zu ändern. Niemand erreichbar oder belegt. Rückruf nach 18.30 , da war jedes Gespräch sinnlos. Mag ja nettes Hotel sein aber nen Telefonhörer abzunehmen sollte möglich sein innerhalb von 8 Stunden. Daher bestimmt niocht wieder."

"Schönes und gepflegter Wellnessbereich, größer als ursprünglich gedacht. Direkte Wasserlage. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück."

"Es ging kein Warmwasser im Bad und der Fernseher war defekt. Kein Personal vor Ort am Tag und Abend. Meldung der Mängel an das Personal beim Frühstück wurde angenommen aber nichts unternommen. Frühstück war ok. Es ist eher eine Monteursunterkunft."

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities."
