They gave us free access to the sister hotel's (Hotel Ruze) pool which was great on a rainy day. I should mention that if you need quiet to sleep, the nearby church bells clong ALL night long, every 15 minutes, 24/7.. "

"This is by far the WORST host I’ve ever encountered. Due to unforeseen circumstances during our journey, we arrived only 45 minutes past the last check-in time. I clearly explained the situation and even suggested that the owner could simply leave the key in a safe place so we could access the room ourselves. However, the host still flatly refused our check-in. It is completely unacceptable for a confirmed booking to be denied over such a minor delay. International travel often comes with unexpected delays, and any professional hotel or host should make reasonable arrangements to honor their guests’ reservations. If you are not able or willing to offer even the slightest flexibility, then you should not be in the hospitality business. What this host did was not just irresponsible — it feels like a scam to take guests’ money without providing the service paid for."

"This is by far the best location!!! We got a balcony room, and we saw the most beautiful views just outside our room by the river from dawn to dusk! We photographed morning hours and raining hours and blue hours and night lights. It was the best scene soothing for your soul. Very quiet for sleeping too. So many restaurants nearby and it’s a 5 minute walk to the castle. Best spot to stay at with the best view!"
