"I reserved a room and when we got there. A smoking room was what I got. The breakfast area was dirty from the morning breakfast. Disgusting. The room was terrible with smoke smell and cigarette burns on the comforter. I went down to get a non smoking room. Went up to it and it still smelled like smoke and cigarette burns were in the skirt on the bed. The furniture were in tough shape. That was enough for me. I went down to cancel the reservation which he did. I hardly ever write a review so this tells you how bad it was. I really don't know how this place was rated as high as it is."

"Room was ok. Bathrrom door didnt lock. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were cold, despite being at hrekfast at 630AM and saisages seemed like yesterdays that had been reheated bc they were hard and tasted clearly waterdown the orange juice tonsave money. "

"We were in Clarksville for a family wedding. The open floor plan downstairs provided the opportunity for us to do some cooking and baking for family events, while catching the Olympics on TV. There was a lot of information for our stay online with our welcome package."

"This was my second time staying here. Very close to my friends. The house is perfect for my needs. Kitchen is stocked and bed is comfortable. "

"Location of the property was perfect for visiting family we were there to see for the holiday.Cleanliness of the property was not up to par. Toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom when lifted was dirty and the master toilet bowl was not cleaned. Under the couch were crumbs and bottle tops and lots of dust..I had to grab one of Maxie's toys so I noticed that this had not been cleaned in some time. It would have been nice to have a toaster and a dish towel in the kitchen. I emptied any garbage we had and would have replaced the bag in the trash can but there was only a empty box under the sink. There was no laundry detergent to do any wash so I purchased some to do our laundry and washed all the towels before we left. I washed our bedding and on our way out. By the way the master bed top sheet has a blood stain on it.Overall the townhouse if very comfortable and as I said the location was perfect for everyone we were there to see and after traveling there for years to visit family I'm very familiar with the area.
