Beautiful, clean, family friendly!!! We stayed here as a family for the week of the Eastern New Mexico Fair. The home is so roomy and just absolutely perfect for us!!! The neighborhood is beautiful too!!! Will definitely check availability for this home next fair week!!

A pleasant stop over at Roswell

We have a relaxing stay at The Coop after a long day of driving. The house is nice, clean and comfortable tucked in a quiet neighborhood.

Cozy house with a fun barnyard/chicken theme!

We stayed at the Coop for a NMMI reunion and it was perfect for our family and a couple of dogs. Nice big common space. Cute back patio and yard. Close to NMMI and anything you'd want to do around Roswell.

Dog Friendly

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the coop. The home was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Vanessa was quick to respond to any questions. We also enjoyed our stay at Brussels Farmhouse on our return. We previously stayed at a hotel, but this was much better for us and our dogs.

Great House!

Our stay here was great! The house is very clean, has a well appointed kitchen, all the bedrooms were so nice! Beds were very comfortable!! The neighborhood is very nice. Dog friendly home with large fenced in yard..nice patio...our dog was very happy there. Vanessa was a great host and easy to communicate with. If we come back to Roswell, we will definitely stay here!

Christmas getaway

I was incredibly surprised that the house had Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree up. I was so appreciative of it and mad the stay nice that I had anticipated. Beautiful home! Very nice master bedroom. Hope we can stay there again when we visit Roswell.

Spacious modern treasure!

My family felt totally at ease and comfortable in this spacious, fairly new modern home. It is located about five minutes from any place you’d wanna go in Roswell! All bedrooms and living areas are huge, as well as the bathrooms. The backyard has several areas to hang out, and when the weather is nice, and plenty of room for dogs to run around and spend some energy!If my travels find us in Roswell again, I will definitely book this home again!

Cozy home

My family of 5 felt right at home in this house. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative was the neighbors' dogs barking and getting out of their yard.

All the Comforts of Home

The house is beautifully decorated and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook full meals, just bring your own coffee and the main ingredients of your meal. The house has everything else you'll need. It's close to downtown but situated in a well maintained and very safe neighborhood with newer homes and wide spacious streets.

Great home

This home was very nice and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The only thing was just that it wasn’t noted on the reservation that the garage was not included. We had a side by side that we wanted to store in the garage but the good thing is we have family in town so we were able to store at their place. I would definitely stay again.

Heart warming

Being from Roswell, and visiting family all the time has been such a joy. My spouse and I both lost our parents a while back and staying in a hotel was not quite the warm fuzzy I wanted. The Coop was perfect for us. The family that lives there came and we played games and had a beautiful time. It even snowed, the perfect Roswell snow. The air was clear and Mountains visible. Look forward to the next time......

Perfect for us!

4 adults and two kids. We were in town for a family reunion this place was our morning and late night return space. Would stay here again. Everything was clean and neat. Would have liked a King bed in the master bedroom as the room is more than large enough to accommodate one. Also could have used tv instructions as it’s all streaming. Not showstoppers by any means. Recommend

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: The location is excellent, in a safe quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well appointed. I have pet allergies and was not bothered by any scents/dander in the home. Cons: the jetted tub was dirty and spat black mildew into my bath. Don't use the jets. We also killed 10 roaches in the home during our 4 day stay. Too many to simply shrug off and not mention.

Wonderful Accommodations

Vanessa is a wonderful host. We had some personal complications and she was very accommodating for our circumstances. We have stayed here several times and have rebooked for next year.
