This interesting open apartment is located in the former premises of the "wallflower" in the old town of Rostock. It is stylishly furnished and provided with practical details.
The apartment is located in the eastern. Old town near the St. Peter's Church, in the immediate vicinity of the University of Music and Theatre and the city's port (Silohalbinsel)
The city center is just a few minutes' walk.
Public transport, as well as various shopping opportunities within a few minutes.
Parking is at the port or at the St. Peter's Church there.
A very nice sandy beach invites in the 15km distant Warnemünde for sunbathing.

Ein Hingucker dieses Mauerblümchen

Eine gemütliche, individuell und mit Herz gestaltete Unterkunft mit überraschenden Details. Super gelegen. Das Auto braucht man nicht. Zu Fuß oder mit den Öffentlichen kommt man (fast) überall hin. Rostock, wir kommen wieder!

Gute Lage, originelle Einrichtung.

Die Lage im Zentrum ist gut und nicht laut. Parken vor der Tür ist nicht möglich ( nur Anwohner). Ausstattung gut. Wie viele EG Wohnungen ist auch diese ein wenig dunkel.

Gemütliches Zuhause in Rostock

Wegen eines Seminars am Warnow-Ufer suchte ich nach einer günstigen und nahen Wohnmöglichkeit. Bei einem früheren Aufenthalt war ich bereits auf das auffällige Schaufenster des Mauerblümchens aufmerksam geworden, umso mehr gefiel mir das Inserat im Internet, wo man einen reizvollen Eindruck auf das Innenleben bekommen kann. Genau wie die Bilder versprachen, war die kleine, aber feine Wohnung dann auch: Warm, zweckmäßig, gemütlich und mit liebevoll ausgesuchten Details eingerichtet, die einem gleich das Gefühl vermittelten, zu Hause angekommen zu sein. Das 1,80m große Bett hat eine bequeme Matratze, die Küche führt alles für den täglichen Bedarf, das Bad ist klein und schön und für mich als Alleinreisende sehr ansprechend. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem kann ich die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen für all diejenigen, die gerne in Hafennähe sind und dennoch nur 5min zum Marktplatz gehen wollen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Gemütliches Appartment in super Lage

Alles stimmt in diesem Appartement. Es ist total hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einigen alten Utensilien, die man nach und nach während des Aufenthaltes in allen Ecken entdeckt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist vollständig und sinnvoll eingerichtet, man kann sowohl gemütlich frühstücken, als auch kochen. Es gibt aber auch in Laufnähe alle Arten an Restaurants und leckeren Frühstückcafés. Nett ist auch die Kneipe Hemingways, ein paar Häuser weiter, in der man sowohl nett sitzt, als auch gut isst. Die Lage ist super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Künstlerische Wohnung mit eigenem Stil

Sie liegt zentral und in Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Hafen und Innenstadt sind beide zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist etwas Besonderes durch die ehemalige Verwendung als Blumenladen, wurde aber trotzdem funktionell und sinnvoll umgesetzt. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und detailverliebt und überall finden sich historische und künstlerische Gegenstände mit Bezug zur Wohnung und zum Stadtviertel. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung außerordentlich wohlgefühlt und empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter. Vielen Dank!

Schöner Wohnen in Rostock

Das Mauerblümchen hat uns auf Anhieb gefallen. So viele schöne und originelle Einrichtungsgegenstände und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Küche und Bad sind sehr sauber und haben besonderen Charme. Rostock ließ sich von hier aus sehr gut erkunden und die Tipps der Vermieterin zur Gastronomie waren sehr hilfreich. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub - Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Perfektes und originelles Altstadt-Domizil

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unproblematisch, der Empfang freundlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll, auch das moderne Bad. Wir haben die vielen liebevollen Details in der Wohnung, das ganz besondere Flair, sehr genossen.
