Wir waren 4 Tage in Warnemünde in dieser sehr, sehr schönen Wohnung.Hier wurde an ALLES gedacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Wohnung liegt so ideal. Wenige Meter zum Strand und gkeich um die Ecke Einkaufsmöhlichkeiten.

Toplage am Kurpark

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser tiptop ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Es war alles sauber und vorhanden. Man ist super schnell an der Seepromenade und somit auch am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr glücklich in der super modern ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Sauna machte meinen beiden Töchtern den Aufenthalt zum Luxus. Abend kuschelten wir gemütlich in der bequemen Sofaecke. Die Lage konnte besser nicht sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder, nach Corona.

Sehr moderne und saubere FEWO in einer sehr zentralen Lage.

Minus Punkt ist das Parken..trotz Garage leider 10-15 Min zu Fuß mit Kind und Gepäck doch etwas weit. Sonst alles super! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Ferienwohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen! Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zum alten Strom. Toll ist auch, dass zu der Wohnung eine Garage/Stellplatz gehört, denn es ist schwierig in Warnemünde sein Auto abzustellen! Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Warnemünde und der Ferienwohnung 👍

Die perfekte Unterkunft

Wir (Mutter, Vater, Baby) haben eine wunderbaren Urlaub in Warnemünde verbracht wobei diese Ferienwohnung einen ganz großen Anteil daran hatte. Sie ist mit kurzen Wegen zum Park, Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Bahnhof sehr zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und praktisch durchdacht eingerichtet und lässt in ihrer gesamten Ausstattung nichts vermissen. Als kleiner Hinweis sei zu nennen, dass keinerlei Grundnahrungsmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl etc. vorhanden waren. Was aber natürlich auch Geschmacksache ist, ob man die Sachen vom Vorgänger nutzen möchte. Die Sauna mit der dazugehörigen Dusche war natürlich auch ein großer Faktor, der zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen hat. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wollen auch unbedingt wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung von Herrn Brauner ist ein Traum - super schick und hoch modern. Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Alten Strom, sowie zur Strandprommenade sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
