"They are not approved for breakfast at this time, the hot tub was out of order, the rooms were dirty, the place was pretty run down we didnt stay the night we left because of the rooms being dirty. The staff was very nice. "

"The hotel was clean, staff was fantastic and accommodated getting family members rooms close to each other. I didn’t have breakfast but liked that there was a Starbucks across the parking lot. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"This is an average hotel that needs updating. The bathroom floor needs to be cleaned better-dirty corners and grout. I complained about the light in the shower/toilet room as it blinks several times like a strobe light before going fully on. The woman at the desk said that all of the bathrooms do that. That is unacceptable IMO. The staff at the desk were not friendly and didn’t even greet us when we arrived to check in. The doors to the entrance of a hotel slide open, but have the feeling like...

"It was a nice trip. Accommodations were good and we had a nice stay. DStaff was friendly and did a nice job."

"Check in was easy. I go to the room changed clothes and head to the gym, bike is out of order. So, I decided to go to Sauna, Sauna does not work. Lets try the pool, water is to cold. Head back to my room to shower to find out there were no towels. Additionally, the only ice maker that work was on the 1st floor. Best thing was the lady who works during breakfast, she is full of energy and very friendly. "

"Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom in the front of the building was noisy with passing cars that kept waking me up throughout the night. We turned the heat on and the smoke alarm briefly went off- the filter on the furnace desperately needs to be changed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for a night to visit the Washburn campus. "
