"My overall impression was good. My family of 16 people had a great time. The property needed some maintenance. There was water damage and peeling paint on the exterior and on all the decks. Some water damage in the living room. The pool area was fun but needed repairs. The tub in the main bedroom faucet did not work. These issues didnt interfere with our enjoyment of the property. I felt that at this price point things should be in better shape"
