"Wasn’t overly impressed by the hotel. We had booked one of the onsite Disney hotels, because of our flights we needed to grab an extra night and our hotel didn’t have it available. We chose the B&B. When we arrived we were asked to put our bags in the baggage store. This is a paid service and I don’t think I have ever had to pay for a hotel to store bags! Not impressed as it cost about €19 to store the bags for the afternoon! The first locker didn’t work so cost us €5 with no way to get a refund and staff not interested. The hotel room was basic, which is fine for the price we paid; however the room was boiling hot and the thermostat didn’t work so basically slept in an oven all night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel; it costs to store bags, rooms are hot and basic; and beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend spending the extra to stay at a Disney hotel or if your budget is stretched stay at the Campanile down the road. "

"Lovely stay for both couples, the only disappointment was we paid extra for some birthday treats and messages for each room, the messages were directly from the mother for a special birthday for both twins, the hotel only left the heartfelt message in one of the rooms and the other one just had a standard message from the hotel, this was a bit disappointing and unfair on one of the twins and very upsetting for their mother when she found out :( Everything else was great!"

"The hotel is great. There is nothing else really around to walk to. But it’s close to the CDG airport which was what we needed and it is a great property. Clean and a very great bar, restaurant and breakfast buffet "

"Reception gave a key to my room to a group of complete strangers, meaning I had to chase people out of the room and away from my sleeping children at 1am. Hotel have made the refund process exceptionally difficult, had to complain to Accor head office."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel for a Disney trip. The first time is when I was living in London. Now I am back in Canada and I still took the family to stay here because of our first wonderful experience. Great place to stay with the family with a shopping centre right across the street, free shuttle to Disney, and the train station across the road with direct links into Paris. I will definitely go back to this hotel on our next visit."

"I had a good stay at Moxy Paris Val d’Europe Montévrain overall. The room was nice, clean, and a decent size, which made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish vibe that I liked. One of the biggest pros is the location if you’re visiting Disney—it’s about a 15–20 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive, which is super convenient. However, the area around the hotel is pretty quiet, and there isn’t much within walking distance. It’s also quite far from central Paris (Gare de l’Est), and the traffic can be really bad going in and out, which made getting around a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid stay, especially if your main focus is Disney, but if you’re trying to explore Paris more easily, the location might not be ideal."

"Great location in terms of transport to and from the park and secluded from busy areas. Staff are great. The shuttle bus service is very good and buffet breakfast much needed for the busy days ahead. Rooms are nice and tidy with the bathrooms starting to show their age but completely usable and clean. "
