This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>The family-friendly Rosapineta resort is located in Rosolina Mare in the Veneto region. Nestled in one of the most fascinating natural oases, the resort features a private beach and a pleasant climate surrounded by greenery, very close to the Po Delta. Its location right on the beautiful sandy beach is especially popular with families. The resort features an adult pool, a children’s pool with a water slide, a mini-club and entertainment for children, as well as an entertainment program for adults. Several restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a beauty salon on the premises ensure complete comfort. For active guests, there are numerous sports options, bike rentals, and guided excursions to Venice. Convenient services such as Wi-Fi in the main areas, barbecue areas, and electric car charging stations round out your perfect holiday.<br>The modern Happy Premium mobile home accommodates up to 7 people. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, as well as two bedrooms, each with two single beds. In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), a 4-burner gas stove, sink, cutlery, dishes, pots, microwave, and filter coffee maker. Mosquito nets are installed on the bedroom and living room windows. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. In some accommodation, the toilet is located in a separate room. The outdoor area features a semi-covered wooden deck with a table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and an electric grill. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum stay required for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The sandy beach, which is directly adjacent to the resort, features both a private beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas and a large public beach. The beach slopes gently into the water, making it well-suited for families and children. Guests have access to many water sports activities, such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and pedal boating. There is also a beach volleyball court on the beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing, build a sandcastle, or enjoy one of the many sports activities. The beach bar offers you the chance to enjoy a refreshing drink or a light snack. Lifeguards ensure safety on the beach all day long.<br>POOL<br>The two pool areas are among the absolute highlights of the resort and are located directly across from the sea. They offer carefree swimming fun for both adults and children. One of the areas boasts a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and is perfect for relaxing, while the second area, featuring water slides and water play features, is especially popular with younger guests. Both pool areas have designated children’s sections as well as whirlpool features for complete relaxation. Spacious sunbathing areas with lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for relaxation (subject to availability).<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>During the summer months of June through September, a varied entertainment program ensures top-notch fun for guests of all ages.
