Located on the first floor of a modern residence with a swimming pool, our flat is just 800 m from the beach and right in the heart of the town. It features a living area with an open-plan kitchen and a double sofa bed, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and a furnished terrace perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, TV, and a numbered parking space for your convenience. A/C is available at an additional cost (see below). °Floor cannot be guaranteed; your preference is noted. Still, the allocation depends on the availability at check-in. Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): dates vary due to weather or maintenance.
