"Very good hotel. Excellent quality of the rooms! A couple of (very) small things; 1. The Pool is only open between 8am and 4pm, which is a little tight 2. The Shopping Mall is walkable (some hotel staff say it's not) - but you need to be creative/patient with the traffic! 3. This is very close to the final approach of Jeddah Airport - and you will hear planes in the middle of the night. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel and very reasonably priced. "

"My mother and I stayed in this hotel for a brief layover from the Jeddah airport. The man at reception was very kind and accommodating, and we were in our room within minutes. The room didn't have towels, and it took over an hour to get towels, but other than that it was fine. It was a very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great. Beautiful view outside, I wish we'd had more time there. They arranged a taxi for us on our way out, which we appreciated very much. "

"The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with stunning architectural design and impressive attention to detail. However, the bathrooms had a very unpleasant odour that the hotel was unable to resolve during our stay. The swimming pool area was disappointing old, poorly maintained, and in need of renovation. The service there was also very poor. No inspection, no service and very unfriendly Breakfast I was served by Elaine, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive, but overall the breakfast quality...

"Hello, I booked a room in an Adagio aparthotel in Jeddah, Saudi. The hotel claim that it has nonsmoking floors. Unfortunately, the the rooms had strong smoking smell and were filthy. We could not stay for the night. Please arrange for a refund"
