"Wonderful staff. Originally a 2 night stay, we encountered some car trouble on our way in and couldn’t check in on time. They held the room and reservation for us without any trouble. Great views and floor to ceiling windows. Smaller on the bedroom and bathroom side of things in our case, but both were updated to feel otherwise."

"The entry and exit doors of the hotel should be evaluated, as there is a noticeable delay in their operation. Additionally, the room doors appear to require replacement, as they close loudly and caused repeated disturbances during the night. The front desk staff and valet drivers provided exceptional, world-class service and were a highlight of the stay. However, the restaurant staff would benefit from additional customer service training to enhance the overall guest experience. The property overall feels somewhat tight in terms of space and layout. There were also minor cleanliness concerns, particularly in the hallways, which could benefit from more consistent upkeep. On a positive note, the hotel maintained a pleasant and welcoming scent throughout. "

"L’hôtel est bien en général, et situé dans un quartier intéressant. le parking gratuit est un avantage. Certains du personnels manquent d’hospitalité. Le seul inconvénient a été le ménage de la chambre qui est très partielle et laisse à désirer. Bon choix pour un plan économique."

"Amazing hotel within easy walking distance to entertainment district, shops and restaurants. Service impeccable and truly a great experience. Suite rooms spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend ."

"We had booked a room with two double beds. When we got to our room it was a king bed in a suite. We went back to the front desk and they said they had to switch our room as they had no rooms available with two beds. The suite which was quite large had a full kitchen. Unfortunately it was not equipped with even a spoon or any cups to use with the coffee maker. While it was a sprite every cupboard and drawer was completely empty and dusty. It was also not restocked with coffee for our following day and when I asked for them to deliver new coffee and cups it was not done so we had to go to the front desk to restock the paper cups and coffee for our second and third days there."

"Hotel stuff cannot say one bad about them . Hotel wasn’t clean when i arrived it . There was stains on the bedding and small hole in the wall . Was really annoying at 2/4am people would return and make loads of noise . Couple felt it was funny to ring my doorbell . ., Love the sauna and steam room . Thankyou for the gentleman for showing me around . But I was assured it was included with the Hotel no extra Charge . But got charged $20 . Overall out of 10 il give at 4-5 out of 10 "

"Little to no staff present at anytime. I requested more coffee packs at 6pm. This was not possible to obtain as there is no staff on the premises. Communication was good, but strictly by text or email. Sketchy neighborhood"

"The staff was amazing! Dewayne, Pete, Ivory and Dajuan were helpful, professional and charismatic. The rooms cute, the bed slept amazing, the bathroom was spacious. The hotel amenities are like no other!!"
