Schönes Haus und gute Lage

Dieses schöne Ferienhaus liegt unterhalb von Montepagano, von außen nicht einsehbar. Die Außenanlagen sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück, genügend Sonnenschirme, Liegen und ein Pavillon am Pool. Rundum gibt´s eine sehr großzügige und überdachte Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzmöbeln und Tischen. Es gibt 4 sehr schöne Schlafräume, die jeweils mit einem eigenen Duschbad ausgestattet sind. 2 Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die anderen beiden haben einen eigenen Balkon zur Ostseite, alle verfügen über einen Deckenventilator. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Sitzgruppe und einem Schreibtisch möbliert. Die Küche hat Zugang zur hinteren Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick auf die Adria. Da das Haus mit insgesamt 8 Personen bewohnt werden kann und wir in fast 3 Wochen viel selbst gekocht haben, fanden wir die Platzverhältnisse in der Küche als unzureichend. Um Pasta für 8 zu kochen, braucht es einen großen Topf, eine große Pfanne und den passenden Herd dazu. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sollten eine Klimaanlage bekommen. Die Moskitos auf der Terrasse quälten uns bis tief in die Nacht. Ein entsprechendes Moskitonetz wäre anzubringen. Was uns jedoch am meisten gestört hat, sind die vielen Überwachungskameras, deren Objektive stets auf uns gerichtet waren und des nachts die Infrarotlampen den Betrieb signalisiert haben. Das stört auch wenn man unbekleidet in den Pool springen möchte. Schade, und deshalb ein No-Go für uns!
