The room was dirty. Only had one washcloth, the breakfast area outside our room still was not cleaned up from I'm assuming that morning's breakfast (we arrived around 5 in the afternoon). It's hard to relax in filth.

Staff very nice, king bed very uncomfortable, very hard, including poor sleeping pillows. Shower pressure was great. Could use new bed linen and bed bug covers, also, whiter looking linen and towels. First time disappointed staying at a Hampton.
