- Welcome to the cozy and chic house in the trees at Higgins Lake. Higgins Lake Treehouse is the perfect spot to enjoy time together as a family. The kids (big and small) will love the hot tub, heated garage, ping pong table, foosball table, and outdoor space on the deck. Enjoy all of your meals together at the massive dining table located in the great room. The home is a 3 minute walk to the water and beach at Sam-O-Set Beach and Park and also conveniently located to Good Times Party Store. Pet friendly!
