The hotel is well-staffed, and they were always happy to help with anything you need. The property is nice, especially the courtyard. The rooms are nice enough, I do think they can upgrade the bathroom which looks a bit dated and does not have the best hot/cold water control. "As soon as we arrived the host made us Coco tea to help adjust to the altitude and he provided us with a map where he highlighted restaurants to visit and places to see around Cusco. He was so helpful and kind. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. The owner and his wife are very sweet!"
