"The barest minimum of decorative upkeep was done to this property. Roller marks on the ceiling no one bothered to paint over. Crooked bath fan. Hinges falling off the vanity. The curtain valance was caked with dust. Felt like it was being run on a shoestring budget. Scrimped on the toilet paper. 1 roll per room when it was the single ply doesn’t work for two people. 1 bar of hand soap. Out of water in the vending machine. Breakfast ending at 9am for travelers or vacationers is way too early. Also uncomfortable that the health inspector was going around checking everything while we were sitting there eating. The girl at the desk was friendly. The guy wasn’t as welcoming. No bedbugs and we really checked after reading the other reviews. Some ants in the bathroom though. It was quiet. Fine for the price."

"The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive and helpful. For a chain hotel it was okay, lots of restaurants/ stores nearby. The washer/dryers weren't cleaned or well maintained. I suggest cleaning your room yourself before settling in. Like most hotels its just spot cleaned or made to look clean when actually its not that clean. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave however the freezer looks like it's never been defrosted and cleaned, the fridge was somewhat cleaned, the microwave wasn't clean. In my opinion the hotel as a whole needs to be cleaner and better maintained. The free breakfast is disgusting,cheap and the whole breakfast area isn't cleaned and just sit there, wondering if they need a health inspection. Waffle makers and food area poorly maintained, I wouldn't eat any of it. Not many amenities, soap isn't great and they dont really offer much. The "store" area is garbage hardly anything to buy and extremely overpriced! $3 for a bottle of water, $5 for a granola bar and 3/5$ for a tiny bag of chips lol. The pool looks disgusting and liable to get you sick.Overall 4/10 experience"

"Overall the place is nice and the staff friendly. However, when I went to shut the shades last night the locks on both windows were broke and we were on a bottom floor. Breakfast this morning was not great. The sausage biscuits and gravy were awful, a bag of flour would have had more flavor and there was also a rather poor selection of other choices. I had stayed last week and was really thrilled so was super excited about our visit this week and ended up rather disappointed."
