  • First floor apartment situated in central Roquetas De mar just a few metres from the beach, on a complex with communal swimming pool and green areas. Close to all amenities shops & supermarkets, banks, pharmacy & doctors, bars & restaurants. Fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc) EnglishTV by Wi-Fi Netflex, Sky Sports, BT Sports a wide selection of Sky and free to view channels as well as TV series and films and Spanish, DVD & CD player. Free Wi-Fi. Airconditioning (hot & cold) ceiling fans. We can arrange transfers to and from the airport.


    This spacious apartment(82.7sq.m) has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully-fitted kitchen, large terrace(40sq.m) with sun loungers, parasols, CD/Radio player, TV. The Terrace gets the sun all year round.

    This fully furnished apartment is only 50m from the beach. The harbour is nearby for local seafood/fish restaurants.

    Near shops & Supermarkets, bank, bars & restaurants, also there is a water park, aquarium and golf course within the resort. There are bikers for hire as well as 3/4 and 5 seater family bikers or you can take a tour of Roquetas on a land train.

    Roquetas is still a very Spanish town, it has a very good and large beach perfect for swimming and water sports.

    How to get there Ryanair and Jet2 fly from Stansted, Easyjet from Gatwick.
    To get to the apartment you can fly into Almeria, Malaga & Murcia.
