Lovely family resort

Good resort with plenty of activities for young children. Pool areas were really good with 3 separate areas including kids splash park and bigger slides. Good experience but could be enhanced by more venues being open for breakfast, which was a tad chaotic.

Good expitience, we picked an all inclusive. Good food quality, various meals, pools a bit small but the sea is in 200 m distance, the slides are for single use than you getting bored, the kids were happy though. There were some activities for kids, you can leave a kid for several hors with animators. The place where the hotel is located is good several small shops near by the beach side... what else you need? Hotel had very limitted quantity of parking slots.

Había una discoteca montada en la entrada del hotel hasta las 12 de la noche. Teníamos una competición al día siguiente y no se podía descansar. Lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. El hotel no es silencioso.

El buffet muy bueno aunque los postres de baja calidad, lo único que se salvaba eran los crepes recién hechos y la fruta fresca. Tuvimos que quejarnos de la Leche frita que estaba incomible. Las instalaciones muy bien, el personal muy atento y todo super limpio, hasta en el buffet que me sorprendió por la limpieza continua que tenía.

J’ai lu quelques commentaires négatifs et bien franchement ils ne sont pas du tout justifiés. L’hôtel est parfait les piscines sont magnifiques, surtout celle devant le restaurant. Nous avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants et avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre au calme collée à la piscine derrière le bâtiment principal Dès notre arrivée ils ont sauté dedans pendant que je rangeais les affaire tout en les surveillant. Peut on faire mieux comme 1 ère impression ? Le buffet est immense, tout le personnel est a l’écoute. Une belle ballade à faire le long de la plage qui est collée a l’hôtel. En résumé bravo pour cet hôtel et merci pour ces vacances parfaites.

Poolerna och aktiviteterna var bra. Receptionen tyvärr inte serviceminded och hade ett ointresserat bemötande. Rummet slitet men ok. Restaurangen stökig, men middagen ok med stor godishörna för barnen och fina bakverk. Stundtals långa köer till poolbarerna.

Comida mejorable

Fuimos con un niño, falta animación infantil, dormimos los 3 en los camas de matrimonio juntas que no fue nada cómodo. La comida regular, las ensaladas eran viejas dando muy mamá imagen del entorno ya que el hotel está situado en la huerta de Europa. La atención por parte del personal muy buena, pero no repetiré principalmente por la comida.

Excelente para familias con niños, hay piscina con toboganes para los más peques y otra piscina para los mayores con toboganes también y aparte 2 piscinas para adultos con camas balinesas, a pie de playa, área tranquila alrededor del hotel está el paseo marítimo y la playa muy limpia. La comida variada y buena calidad, las habitaciones modernas y limpias, volveremos.

Fue pesimo, instalaciones en obras, que no avisaron. Colas interminables para comer y cenar. Acinados en la piscina, y no había sombrillas ni hamacas para toodos. La gente bajaba a las 7 de la mañana o ants a dejar toallas para reservar hamaca. A las 8 estaba ya todo ocupado y el hotel no hacia nada. El bufete normal. Y la habitacion buena. Aparcamientos escasos. La piscina la mitad en obras. La otra mitad fatal. Se salvaba los tobogabes. No repito.

Las cosas buenas: Habitación grande y camas cómodas Piscinas grandes y toboganes. Situación aceptable Las cosas malas: Falta de personal Hamacas reservadas a primera hora. Colas en el comedor para casi todo Medidas de seguridad contra el Covid regulares( faltaba gel, en el comedor cubiertos, vasos , etc.. se podían coger a destajo y yo podía tocar todos, mascarillas de algunos irresponsables que parecen que viven en un mundo paralelo...y teniendo que llamarles yo la atención y con su respectivo careo)

Temporada baja

La recepción tenía un olor a yeso recién puesto. Supongo que al ser temporada baja habrán hecho alguna obra. Por la misma razón (temporada baja), casi todo estaba cerrado y solo pudimos cenar en el bufet. Aunque llegamos casi a las 22:00 horas la recepcionista nos facilitó que pudiéramos cenar. Todo un detalle.
