  • Located in Roquetas de Mar, Andalusia, this 35 m² apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. It accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom with sofa beds, a sofa bed in the living-dining room, and 1 bathroom. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and contact grill, plus all necessary utensils. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, and air conditioning for your comfort.



    Step out onto the private balcony with stunning sea views on one side and mountain views on the other. The property features a private garden, private jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and private outdoor pool. There is also a communal children's pool within the residence. The apartment is just 60 m from the promenade and the beach.



    You can park on the street right in front or in two large nearby parking areas. One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted. You can dry clothes on the balcony or on the outdoor drying rack.

Stuff was very helpful, unit was clean and as advertised. Perfect location for a quick gateway to the beach or to the restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Host is very responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend this rental place.Many thanks.
