She truly made our stay more comfortable, particularly when we needed to extend due to medical reasons. Her kindness and support made a stressful situation much easier to navigate."

"The staff was very friendly, but our room was average. The floor was filthy and left my feet black. I had to wash them before getting into bed. The bed was on a metal frame which made a loud noise when we got into and out of it. Ok for one nights stay in the area as we were passing through. "
