"This property is not available for booking. The Expedia marketed this property in correctly and there was no way of getting any assistance from Expedia. It was a terrible experience on part of Expedia causing Physical pain after 12 hour of journey, mental harassment while convincing the staff about my legitimate booking and spoiled the fun of evening for which we travelled whole day. "

"Fantastic hotel"

"They have refused very rudely to serve the breakfast to us because we were 5 min late for breakfast. They said a private party is booked and already started.... We had given room on 3rd floor and lift not working. We had paid for the breakfast, how can they say no. There were no communication with us about the breakfast timings or party. If they have booking for a party. They should have provided breakfast in our room but no body were ready to listen and very rude."

"Hotel did not accept the booking. I called fab hotel team at the number that was provided (+91 704242 4242) and informed them to the situation. Hotel manager (Pradeep Jha) still did not accept the booking so I requested them a refund which still has not been refunded. Ended up having to get another hotel at 10 PM. Will be reporting. "
