Cute boutique. Lobby smelled great. Jug of ice cold water flavored with lemon or cucumbers or strawberries, nice touch. Great decor. Staff friendly and receptive and helpful. The room although small had great windows, view of golf course. Terrace view of ocean. Shower very hot which was outstanding. . Thin walls could hear shower next door. Terrace close together could smell smoke from room next door. Would prefer no smoking Period.

This hotels location is amazing it’s one block to the promenade. The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered.
The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. The upper desk has a beautiful view.

The staff is extremely warm, friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable. Every type of breakfast food buffet in the large room plus ability to order off the menu. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the Waterfront in Cape Town.

"Very nice hotel. Fancy lobby, although our room was pretty small, it was hard to get to one side of the bed due to the narrow room with the TV above. The water temperature could not be controlled so showering took forever, waiting for the right cycle. Either too cold or scalding hot most of the time. ..."
