"The hotel is new so the rooms are clean and well cared for. I could not find the inserts for the coffee maker (Keurig) and when I told the desk clerk as we checked out, she told me that they were in the dishwasher since housekeeping always put them in the dishwasher. I told her that was the last place I would have looked, I did look in the coffee supply basket as well as the drawers. She seems more interested in justifying the situation than correcting it.
