Would definitely stay at this location again. Page and Derrick were super nice people and the apartment was very clean and well laid out.

Page & Derek’s place and hospitality were beyond expectations. Page provided many recommendations from our interests. We kayaked, hiked, visited breweries and many good restaurants. I highly recommend their perfect spot for any couple visiting the FLX.

Perfect getaway home

We had a wonderful time staying at Page and Derek’s guest house. It was the perfect, quaint home to spend time with my husband and cerebrate our anniversary!

Perfect couples getaway

Beautifully finished with a welcoming all around feel. Minutes from many wineries and breweries and plenty of great restaurants. Sitting on the dock enjoying evening sunsets after hiking was so relaxing. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Peace and tranquility

This place was absolutely beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The weather was rainy and cold, so we actually spent most of the time at the property, just enjoying the peace and quiet and the views taking it all in recharging ourselves.

Perfect Anniversary Get-Away

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and updated. The views from the deck were beautiful and sipping coffee in the mornings and drinking wine while watching the sunsets will be a favorite memory from our time at the Finger Lakes, among many others. Page and Derek are A hosts. Thank you again!

Wonderful property/ great location

Wonderful home. It included beautiful yet comfortable furnishings. It had a great deck with a water view and access to a lake front spot. The host including so many amenities including coffee, snacks, and toiletries to make the stay easy. Quiet location with easy access to the nearby wine trails. Perfect spot for a get away.

25th Anniversary Getaway

We were more than satisfied with this beautiful apartment on the lake. It is very cozy, while being airy and bright. Page and Derek have done a beautiful job from the decorating, many added amenities and everything you need to eat in. Ending the day sitting on their dock with a glass of wine was perfect!

Amazing stay on Seneca Lake

We loved everything about our stay from the time we made the reservation until the time we departed for home. Everything about the listing is accurate as the property is beautiful and very well appointed. I especially appreciated the small details (ex: having all of the light switches marked, easy instructions/using a QR code to access wifi, having towels laid out in the kitchen and bedroom, items stocked in the kitchen, access to an outdoor grill, etc.) as well as the communication, helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts (Page and Derek). If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway at an amazing property with an amazing view then this is the place for you!

Communication with perfect. They provided many recommendations of places to explore, restaurants, and the numerous villages in the area. The accommodations were exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Great views from the deck and very relaxing and restful. What impressed me most was the host seemingly thought of everything. While it may be minor, we were in need of a bag clip and, sure enough, we found one. That’s an example of the attention to detail the hosts provide. I highly recommend this Vrbo, and we would absolutely book it again.

We had an amazing stay for our 18th anniversary! The home is perfect in every way and Page and Derek are so hospitable to their guests.We were even able to have a tandem kayak delivered which we used in the lake right from the house. This was very convenient and fun! We enjoyed breakfast on the upstairs deck, sunset on the dock, and swimming in the lake. We would definitely return again!

It was one of best Vrbo’s we have been to. Well decorated with every amenity you could think of. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and view was great. Paige was super helpful. Highly recommend!

This property was outstanding - felt like a brand new space and showed 0 "wear and tear". As a second floor apartment it had great light and views of Seneca Lake. Mini splits were more than adequate to keep the rooms cool despite very hot weather. I used the kitchen for several meals and it was well-stocked and spacious. Page was very welcoming and took an interest in my reason for visiting - the Ironman 70.3 triathlon - offering storage and access to swim in the lake and a hose to clean my gear. Overall this was an excellent stay and I look forward to returning next year!

We LOVED our stay at Twin Peaks! The owners were very responsive and the house provided a perfect getaway for our anniversary. I highly recommend staying here and plan to visit again!

So Idyllic!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Page's place. Our visit began with a very comprehensive and helpful overview email from Page detailing the various wineries, breweries, restaurants, etc. in the region. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment had everything we needed to settle in. The views of the lake are amazing and we loved sitting out on the dock just relaxing and soaking up the sun. Page was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire visit. Couldn't recommend this VRBO more!

This is the perfect little getaway for two. My husband and I really enjoyed the view of the lake, the overall comfort of the home and convenient location near wineries and waterfalls. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon.

Perfect Escape for MDW

Despite the rainy weather for Memorial Day weekend, this property was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to spend our first trip to the Finger Lakes. The actual property and views from the balcony are even more scenic and serene than the pictures. The apartment itself is super cozy, modern and comfy! Could fall asleep, snuggle with a book or enjoy a meal from any of the seating areas. Definitely take advantage of sitting on the dock to watch a sunset, evem if you have to take a blanket down with you. We also chose one evening to go to Wegman's and cook ourselves a steak dinner & risotto. Whether you're looking to enjoy lake activities, go hiking, or do some wine/brew tours, this is the perfect getaway spot for you and your significant other.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. It is a beautiful location, you are close to a lot of the great wineries in the finger lakes. Page and Derek are wonderful hosts and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful Getaway!
