"Nice and comfortable sized place and easy to find. Stayed for a long fishing weekend with my brother. Everything was quite functional. Plenty of space for parking the truck and boat on premise. Kitchen was clean and everything easy to use. Beds were pretty good. On the negative side, there are not any dressers or places in the bedrooms to store one's clothing and the bathroom is rather small. Overall though, the place is well maintained and was a comfortable stay."

"Me and my family walked in and were blown away by the place. Definitely dog friendly!! 2 full bathrooms made it very convenient. The master bed could have bee a little bigger but overall LOTS of space!! I would deffinetly co.e back. Close to a bar and resturant as well as a state park. There were just a couple minor thangs that could have been a little better but overall experience was great!!"

"The place was very clean and beautiful. It could use a few more mixing bowls and serving platters for holiday cooking. The only complaint I have would be the master bedroom is freezing cold at night and there is no way to raise the heat (they are locked) and all the beds have a very thin blanket. The big bedroom with the four beds in it also gets very very cold. We slept with socks and robes on it was so cold a few nights. The bathroom in the upstairs master never got above luke warm water. "We had a wonderful time at this Castle Rock Lake property. The view is amazing and the house was very clean. The extra sunroom is a great space and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and items for cooking your own meals. Don was very responsive when we had questions. The fire pit was perfect as it was nice and cool when we visited.
